By accessing and using RemoBridge services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access RemoBridge services for personal or commercial use. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on RemoBridge
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

RemoBridge provides AI-powered voice communication infrastructure including voice agents, scheduling APIs, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of RemoBridge services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RemoBridge services are owned by RemoBridge Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

RemoBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our services. Service credits may be available for extended outages as outlined in our SLA documentation.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
